Holiday house on the hill above Locarno/Minusio, with a marvelous view on the lake and mountains. Suitable for families: wide garden with granit table, lawn and small swimming pool (D 300 cm, H 60 cm). Acces to the house by car. Good position for walks in the mountains, valleys an toward the city of Locarno. A few minutes walk from the careful village of Brione with its restaurants and small shops.

Two stored house (approx. 120 m2):Ground floor: wide living room with upholstery, dining table, baby chair, Swedish oven, heating, TV, radio, WLAN; open integrated electric, fully furnished kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator wthr freezer compartement, dish washer. Toilet and sink. In front of the dining room there is a terrace with marvelous view on the lake and mountains. Garden furniture, long chair, gaz barbecue. On the 1st floor 3 double bedrooms (4 beds 90/200 cm, 1 double bed 160/200 cm, suplementary 1 spare bed 90/200 cm, 1 child bed, 2 shower bath with toilets, washingmachine and balcony with exquisite view.
