This well-kept ground-level 3.5 room vacation apartment in an extremely quiet location with fantastic mountain views is very close to Sacro Monte di Brissago, in a quiet street that leads directly to the pilgrimage site. It is a place of peace and strength in an exposed position above the Lago di Maggiore. Ideal for guests who seek tranquility. 

This apartment offers light-filled rooms, a bedroom with bathroom (bathtub) en-suite and a bedroom with separate bathroom with shower. 

The bright living/dining room is kept in modern style: Sitting area with flat screen TV as well as 1 dining table with seating for 4 shall offer you a cozy time. 

The kitchen is functionally furnished and has a dishwasher, coffee maker and much more, which will pleasantly enrich your stay.  To the apartment belongs a very sunny terrace as well as a lawn. Due to a green fence, the apartment offers a limited lake view. 

From your personal parking space directly at the house, the elevator will take you down one floor. Then only a few steps separate you until you arrive at your very own personal vacation retreat.  

The apartment is located about 4 minutes by car above Brissago. The center can be reached on foot via beautiful footpaths and stairs after about 15 minutes.
