Description

At the entrance of the village of Caslano, in a nice little street, you will find this 2.5 room attic apartment, renovated with a lot of love.  

It is a very bright apartment with a cozy living room (sofa with 2 additional sleeping possibilities). A small open kitchen with sitting area for 4 people invites you to stay. The open bedroom (2 single beds) and the bathroom are on the upper floor (under the roof).

To the public parking lot it is 50 m. We will gladly provide you with a discounted parking ticket. 

The small swimming pool is only a few steps away. Various restaurants - some of them located directly on the lake - as well as shopping facilities are not far from the apartment.  

Caslano is surrounded by many hiking trails, be it in the forest or at the lake. Also sports fans will have their joy, there is a lot on offer: golf, swimming, sailing & windsurfing.  

The apartment can be reached via stairs.
