The apartment house "Seewiesen" is a recreation centre right next to the Davos lake. The house has a large underground parking garage , an beautiful indoor swimming pool with lounges and a sauna and spa area. There is a ping pong room and a ski room. The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor, with direct access with a an elevator/lift straight from the garage. There is a parking slot in the underground parking garage designated to the apartment which is easily reached.The apartment has a lovely view into the south east of the valley and onto the mountains. It is facing away from the street in direction of the lake and Stilli.
