Cozy 3.5 room apartment (about 80 m2) on the 1st floor of a multi-family house with large garden (about 3500 m2) in a very sunny and quiet location in Flims Unterwaldhaus. Only about 150 m to the free ski shuttle bus (during the high season) and just under 1 km to the cable cars and the village center with shops, post office, pharmacy, restaurants etc. Forest and Lake Cauma within a short walking distance. Ideal for families and nature lovers. Parking in underground garage included.Apartment on the 1st floor with sunny south-facing balcony. Two bedrooms (one with double bed, one with two single beds). Large living / dining area with open, well-equipped kitchen (eg dishwasher, pressure cooker, microwave, toaster, raclette grill, fondue pot, etc.).
