Within walking distance you will find a bakery, a supermarket and several shops and restaurants. Excursion destinations such as Lake Cauma, the Rhine Gorge and the Prau la Selva sports centre are nearby. When snow conditions are good, the flat can be reached on skis to within a few meters via the Flims Waldhaus valley run. Directly in front of the main entrance, a free ski shuttle picks you up and takes you to the mountain lifts on schedule and back home in the evening (service available from Christmas week until Easter).

Luxurious 3.5 room flat, for max. 4 persons, with 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, on the 7th floor of the luxury holiday apartment residence The Mountain Suites. Only 10 minutes walk from the Flims valley station. The spacious living & cooking area has a fireplace, dining table and a comfortable sofa set. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard with fridge incl. freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Wonderful view of the surrounding mountains (Tschingelhörner and Flimserstein). Ski storage room, letterbox, washing machine and tumble dryer are also available. There is 1 parking space available for the flat in the underground garage. You will receive the access card at check-in. Service charges (heating, electricity and water), bed linen and towels, final cleaning, WLAN, parking for 1 vehicle and taxes are included in the total price. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking flat.

Conditions and extras
A deposit of CHF 800 is required for the flat, which you should leave with the concierge as a credit card reservation (Mastercard or Visa) upon arrival. Linen is charged per person from 0 - 99 years. Baby cot with linen and high chair incl. transport, assembly and disassembly are available on request for a fee of CHF 200.00 per stay Intermediate cleaning is possible and will be charged at an hourly rate of CHF 50.00 according to expenditure. Bed linen can be changed during your stay at the following rates per person: bed linen only CHF 30.-, bed linen and towels CHF 35.-, additional towels CHF 6.- per piece.
