The villa „Gais Alpins” stays in Glion (Montreux) it has an magnificent view over the Lac of Geneva, the Alps of Savoy towards the south west (Geneva). The view goes with fair weather until Nyon over the wineries of the Lavaux (world heritage) until the south of the Jura. The living surface of the house is of 120 m2, without outdoor terraces, with 2 bedrooms, (double bed and two single) dining room, living room, two bath with toilets, cellar and a workroom (heating system, laundry, work place).  The top equipment is sufficient for 8 people, the garage for 2 cars, SAT. TV, fix net telephone and WLAN are available. The house’s distance from the center of Montreux is 5 km: from Lausanne 30 km, from Geneva 100 km and 210 km from Zurich. The stop of the mountain train Montreux – Glion – Rocher de Naye stays near to the house, 50 meters. Hiking, downhill skiing, and Nordic skiing, are practicable directly from the house.    The view from the terrace goes approximately over 600 km2 out of beautiful nature. The Lac of Geneva is visible far out of Lausanne. Because of the Cap d’Yvoire, Geneva is not part of the view. The right cost of the lake, with the wineries of the Lavaux build the view. Opposite of the house is the hill “Kublis” with the village “Les Avant” at the bottom. The trains MOB Montreux – Oberland Bernois goes along the mountain, towards Gstaad and Zweisimmen. The lights of the harbor of Ouchy (Lausanne) shine in the night time. The view is limited by the Jura in the back. The Alps f Savoy with Gramont, that has snow cover until June, lies in the south west. The tallest ski resort of Europe is located behind that mountain.
