The cosy holiday house (cottage), directly on the lakeshore, offers you 3 bedrooms with 5 beds, a spacious living room, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet plus a separate toilet. The 400 m2 property is a dream - it has a roofed porch with a fireplace, a cosy vine covered pergola and a seating area directly at the lakeside. In the cold season the house is heated with a heat pump and allows to enjoy the exciting and ever changing atmosphere on the lake even in winter. The house has 2 parking lots and is located in Immensee, a well developed village on Lake Zug, directly on the foot of the Rigi. In the village center (500 m walking), we find a small village shop, 3 restaurants and a ship station for the excursion boats. Küssnacht, the regional small town with varied shopping opportunities, can be reached by car or bus in less than 10 minutes. Luzern, the main city of Central Switzerland with the famous Swiss Museum of Transport and the pittoresque old town is only a 20 minutes drive away (by car or public transportation).
