Description
The 3 bedroom apartment is located in Via Fau in Laax, on the top floor of a 3 family house. The house is on the southern slopes above the road from Laax Falera after approximately 5 minutes walk from the post bus station. One has to climb about 100 steps to reach the apartment. The lovely south-facing balcony offers spectacular views of the opposite Piz Fess, over the village of Laax and the Rhine Valley. The apartment has a covered parking. Directly behind the house leads one of many beautiful trails in the mountains. The ski lifts are achievable in 10 to 20 minutes by Postbus.
Bed-, bath- and kitchen- linen (CHF 20.00 per person), cleaning (CHF 80.00), parking, ancillary costs such as heating, electricity and water and local tax are included in the total. Wifi and wood for the cheminee can be purchased at Mrs.Cadruvi in the same house.
The apartment is rustic and cozy with lots of wood. It has a spacious living-dining room with kitchenette, dining table, sofa with modern flat-screen TV, a seating area direct by the fireplace.
The large south-facing balcony with new patio furniture (table, 6 chairs, a couch, a recliner chair) offers morning and evening sun. Both sides to the adjacent living room are 2 bedrooms, one smaller with a double bed 2m wide, one larger with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The beds are designed as flat bunks with mattress. The bedrooms are under the eaves, standing erect is hardly possible, max ceiling height 1.65 m, not suitable for large persons ! From the bedroom window offers a promising mountain view.
The bathroom is small but functional with shower-bath and sink. There is a separate toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped. It has an electric oven with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hand mixer, wand, raclette, fondue gaglon. Hand and machine dishwashing liquid and sponges are available.

check-in 4 p.m. / check-out 10 a.m. (The cost of cleaning refer to a well-tended use of the apartment. Strong impurities will be charged a surcharge of Mrs. Cadruvi on site)
