Nevertheless, it is only 80 metres from the garage to the bus stop, from where a free shuttle bus takes you to the valley station of the mountain railway in a few minutes.From the ski slope you come back to the garage where you can leave yours skis. The piazza with shops, restaurants and bars is only a 10-minute walk away. The house is fully south-west facing and has a garden, balcony and partially covered terrace. The top oriented vacation home convinces with new kitchen equipment, a library, record player with record collection,2 SAT-Tv, 2 DVD stations with many DVDs, various board games, but also with an in-house laundry room with washing machine and dryer. In the whole house is a stable WLAN receivable. Parking is possible in front of the house and in the private garage.

The southwest facing vacation home has a very spacious living room with fireplace and a spacious garden with partially covered terrace. In this stunning garden you can enjoy the breathtaking view in summer and winter.In total there are four bedrooms on two floors. On the upper floor there is one bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds, as well as a third bedroom with a single bed.In the basement, the fourth bedroom shows generously with a double bed, sitting area and private bathroom with shower.In the family bathroom upstairs there is also a bathtub-shower with sink and toilet. In the small guest bathroom there is a separate toilet with sink.In the fully equipped kitchen there is a new glass ceramic stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, as well as a coffee maker ready for use.A TV with CD and DVD player can be found in the living room, as well as in the large bedroom on the first floor.
