Description

Nice 2.5 bedroom apartment with a spacious terrace. In walking distance from LAAX Station and only one bus stop with the free ski shuttle away. Several restaurants close by, so you do not need your car while you're here. The Coop Pronto is only 1 minute from our apartment, and offers all you need including fresh bread, between 6 am and 10 pm. You have your own parking space for one car in the underground garage. 2.00m height. 2 bathrooms. 1 bedroom with double bed 160x200 and one more double bed in the combined living-bedroom.
The kitchen is well equipped with refrigerator (small freezer compartment), ceramic hobs, baking oven and coffe machine (Dolce Gusto). Ski storage available in addition, the conservatory is set up - however the use is not recommended in winter, as it is not heated.
Bed linen and towels, final cleaning and all taxes as well as heating, power and water are included in the final price. Smoking in the apartment is prohibited and no pets are allowed.

Conditions and extras
A deposit of CHF 500.- has to be provided by credit card reservation (Mastercard or Visa) upon arrival. Bed and bathlinen will be charged per person from 0 to 99 years of age. Linen and towel change possible on request at the following rates per person: bed linen and towels CHF 30.-, CHF 25.- bed linen only, towels CHF 5.- per piece. Additional cleaning services is possible by an hourly rate of CHF 50.-
Babybed incl. bedding and highchair incl. transport, setup and removal is available for CHF 200.- per stay upon request.
