Description

The beautiful holiday flat is located in a quiet area, yet close to the village centre with shopping facilities and the mountain railways. With the free local bus you can reach the valley station of the mountain railways in Laax in a few minutes, the bus stop is only 200m away.You are welcome to use the surrounding garden for playing, sunbathing or barbecuing. Barbecue and garden furniture are at your disposal.In winter, the ski room in the basement offers you the possibility to store your winter sports equipment indoors.
Unfortunately, smoking or bringing pets is not allowed in this flat. We also regret that we do not accept groups of young people (up to the age of 20).

The very beautiful 4.5-room holiday flat is located in Laax village, surrounded by unspoilt nature in a first-class recreation area with a wide range of sporting and cultural activities. The bright flat offers space for up to xx guests on 85m2. It convinces with a bright and cosy living and dining area and a sunny garden seating area. The kitchen is open and fully equipped with fridge, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and various kitchen utensils.In the three bedrooms you will find two double beds each as well as a grandlit (140x 180 )for the children. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. There is also a hairdryer in the bathroom.A TV, radio and WLAN are available for free use. There is a washing machine in the outbuilding, which you are welcome to use.

Conditions and extras
Bed linen, final cleaning and one set of terry linen per person are included in the total price, as are visitor's tax, electricity and heating costs.
