The 2023 renovated 1 1/2 room vacation apartment in sunny Tessin/Locarno - part of a condominium building - is on the first floor, overlooking the garden with its subtropical flowers. From the spacious balcony of the apartment, you can enjoy the magnificent view to the mountains and a little of the lake below. The studio offers comfortable space for two people. Living, eating, sleeping and cooking are in one big room (30m2 plus balcony). The furniture is mostly modern luxury. During the day time the queen size bed (140x200) folds up into in a closet. This studio is equipped with Wifi, TV, DVD, stereo CD, tape, radio) for your enjoyment. The new kitchen has a glass-ceramic stove, a baking oven, dish washer, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, fondue set and sufficient tableware. Linen and towels are included. A private parking space comes with the apartment.
The house has it’s own station at the funicular Locarno - Orselina. It is centrally located within 5-10 minute walking distance from the Lake, train station, shops, bars and restaurants. The common space of the four buildings of Condominio Fiori offers a big indoor swimming pool with under water massage, solaria, a hall, showers, fitness room, washing machines & dryer, elevater and the tropical garden. Linen and towels are included. A private parking space comes with the apartment.
