Description

Single house (maximum 6 people). The house consists of a main section with a wide granite terrace, a separate studio room with a pergola, and a large garden with fruit trees and flowering plants. From the house, you have a magnificent view day and night of a unique natural amphitheater that encompasses the lowest point in Switzerland, Lake Maggiore, and the highest, the Dufourspitze. The house is situated on a hill above the old town of Locarno (990 meters above sea level) with Monte Brè behind it and meadows and woods in front. There are no other houses in front of it. When the weather is fine, the sun shines on the house from morning to evening and invites you to enjoy activities (including cycling and hiking) or total relaxation. The house has a private car park next to the entrance to the property. Access to the house is via a comfortable stone staircase with about twenty steps.
