This exceptional residence reigns over  the beautiful terraced tree garden left in nature stayle with wonderful views over the Lake Lugano and the nearby mountains and is a sunny and peaceful place. It is reached along a quiet private road (blind alley) and is well away from the disturbance of urban and cantonal roads. Shared indoor-pool 4 x 8 m - chargeable - with 140 m2 sunbathing-terraces with deckchairs, sunhade and table-tennis is in function from June to September.
