Dieses schmucke und charmante Haus möchte man nicht missen für einen entspannten Ferienaufenthalt! Es befindet sich an einer sehr sonnigen und ruhigen Lage im Ortsteil La Motta in Maloja. Der Umschwung ist grosszügig, geht ins freie Feld über und lädt zum Verweilen auf dem Liegestuhl ein. Der Balkon ist nach Westen ausgerichtet und bietet freien Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. die Schlafzimmer sind sehr geräumig und bietet Kindern viel Fläche zum Spielen. Alle Räumlichkeiten sind sehr hell und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Haus wurde im Frühjahr 2023 teilrenoviert. Im Wohnraum gibt es einen Kamin für gemütliche Abende vor dem Feuer. Der Luxus besteht nicht in der technischen Einrichtung des Hauses sondern in der Einfachheit, der Schlichtheit und in der gemütlichen Atmosphäre und der Nähe zur Natur.
