The beautiful stone / wooden house with rented parking space is located in a quiet residential area just above the village church, 10 minutes walk from the bus stop Malvaglia Chiesa. The house is not suitable for children and teenagers and is therefore rented exclusively to couples (not sleeping separately). The owner herself lives in this house regularly, which is why it is fully furnished - including spices, basic foodstuffs, etc. - which may also be used by the guests.Malvaglia is well served by public transport. 5km to Biasca SBB railway station or to the motorway in the direction of Zurich/Lucerne/Bern or Locarno/Lugano/Chiasso.
