The wonderful thing is that in the Villa Genovese al Lago you can live indoors as well as outdoors - according to your mood and the season. Outside, in addition to the spacious terrace with absolute privacy, with direct access to and into the lake, you have an atmospheric garden seating area with outdoor fireplace, where you can welcome the evening with an aperitivo and experience an atmospheric sunset.  

Inside you will find a comfortable and spacious living area with flat screen TV (140 cm) with Smart/TV, Netflix to log in, Youtoube etc., Bluewin/TV (including all German language channels) and a DVD player. And of course free wifi is available. Furthermore, a new, open and well-equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room, 1 double bedroom with direct lake view, 2 further bedrooms, 2 bathrooms as well as a storage room - ideal for your suitcases - with its own washing machine and tumble dryer.
