Nestled in the heart of the property, the penthouse apartment offers a spacious kitchen designed for culinary endeavors catering to large gatherings. Its expansive windows unveil breathtaking views of the majestic Churfirsten range. Adjacent to the kitchen, a
cozy bar area awaits, perfect for intimate dining experiences.

The penthouse also boasts a generously sized wooden dining table accommodating up to 14 guests, complemented by a welcoming fireplace for post-dinner relaxation or engaging conversations. A separate TV room, secluded by glass doors and curtains, doubles as an additional sleeping area with a comfortable double sofa bed, ideal for accommodating families.

There is one bathroom in the apartment with a shower, toilet and sink. In addition, there is a second bathroom in the sauna, equipped with only a shower, which can be used by guests.

The bedrooms exude ample space, accommodating up to 6 individuals comfortably.

Step outside onto the sprawling terrace exclusive to the penthouse, featuring a large dining table accommodating up to 14 diners.
