The flat is on the 2nd floor with a wonderful view of the valley and the surrounding mountains. The house is located in a quiet side street, 200 m from the nearest bus stop. The flat offers a living / dining room with a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher, fondue set, raclette oven and Nespresso coffee machine etc.. It has 2 double bedrooms with single beds and a smaller room/children's room with a single bed with underbed. Each room has its own wardrobe or built-in cupboard. A bathroom with bath / shower, washbasin and WC. In addition, a separate WC with washbasin. In the hallway there is a large open wardrobe. The flat is in a very quiet location and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains from dawn to sunset. You can reach the funicular of Muottas Muragl on foot (15min.), from the top of which you have a fantastic view of the whole valley. 1 parking space is available in the garage. The house also offers a communal laundry with drying room and a bike/ski room. Pets not allowed, non-smoking apartment.
