Beautiful, newly built 2.5-room apartment (56m2) on the second floor with large windows, lots of charm and comfortably furnished (floor newly built in 2011). Very quiet location with beautiful views over the roofs of Pontresina towards Piz Rosatsch, Rosegtal, Morteratsch and Corviglia.

The apartment is altogether south oriented.

• Northeast: Window entrance Only 5 minutes walk from village center (bus station, post office, Coop) and hiking trails.
