Nice and comfortable 1 bedroom apartment (45 m2) on top floor with big southward balcony. Completely renovated in 2013. Sunny and quiet location with stunning views of the Engadin mountains Piz Palü and Corvatsch.
A bus stop, the post office, a grocery store (Coop), a bank and a bakery are all located within 200 meters walking distance. The Surovas railstation is only about a five minutes walk away. Parking space in front of the house included in the price
Alternative parking space available: If spaces are available, it may also be possible to park your car in the adjacent underground garage of the Hotel Bernina. The location is the perfect departure point for any sporting activities you might like. The idyllic church Santa Maria is reachable within only a few minutes walk as well as the Languard chair lift which brings you up to a splendid hiking area. Alternatively, there are plenty of nice paths to stroll around or to go cross country skiing in Winter.
