Description
The Chasa Tusa has been in the family since it was built and has always welcomed guests from all over the world. Joas Leemann's grandmother built the house with great attention to detail. Now it is run by Nadja and Joas Leemann. The flat was completely renovated in June 2022. New windows, underfloor heating and a separate boiler were added for your comfort. All floor coverings, wall rubbings and the inventory were renewed. So that now the flat, built in 1980, appears in new splendour.
For safety reasons (low placed sockets, square glass tables, etc.) we had to decide to welcome only guests over 12 years in the flat, thank you for your understanding.

The 5-star holiday flat, renovated in June 2022, is ideally located within walking distance of the railway station, mountain railways and shopping facilities. Built in 1980, the building has the charm of old Graubünden houses without sacrificing modern comforts. A well-kept garden with stylish garden furniture, a sunbathing island and Weber barbecue, a covered forecourt with cosy benches and 2 parking spaces await you on site. You can only reach the house via a private road with hardly any traffic and enjoy a relaxing view of the countryside and the impressive mountain panorama.

In principle, the standard occupancy is designed for two people, but it is possible to convert the sofa into a sofa bed in just a few steps if there are three or four of you (please notify us in advance). There is plenty of crockery, cutlery and seating available.
Please contact us if you would like synthetic ones instead of feather bedding.

Our philosophy
In our time, tradition and sustainability are two big terms that can be found everywhere. But we don't just want to write this, we want to live it every day. That is why we also attach importance to sustainable cleaning products, high-quality furnishings and textiles that are as ecological as possible.
For safety reasons (low placed sockets, square glass tables, etc.) we had to decide to only welcome guests over 12 years old in the flat, thank you for your understanding.
With the body care products provided, we pay attention to organic labels and swear, for example, by Savon Rotif, an economical soap that has already proven itself over the 50 years with a nurturing cedar soap.
Our pillows and blankets are filled with down feathers from particularly animal-friendly production and the covers are made of eco-certified durable cotton.
We are sure that sustainability and environmental protection can be chic and modern and we are constantly trying to improve.
We also try to be in harmony with nature as much as possible when it comes to gardening and have therefore created a gem for animals (e.g. hedgehog and bee hotel) and plants (organic fertiliser, organic plant protection).
Can also be booked for 4 people on request.
