Ausgestattet für zwei Gäste mit der Möglichkeit, zwei zusätzliche Betten mit Doppelschlafcouch, kleine Küche und Bad mit WC, Waschbecken und Dusche.  Helle, nach Süden ausgerichtete Unterkunft mit kleinem Außenbereich mit Parkplatz nur zum Be- und Entladen.  Postautohaltestelle und öffentliche Parkplätze (gegen eine Gebühr von Fr. 20.- pro Woche) ca. 100m vom Haus entfernt.  Dorfladen mit Lebensmitteln und drei Restaurants im historischen Zentrum wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt.  Panoramablick auf das Bondasca-Tal, Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Wanderungen von unterschiedlicher Schwierigkeit und Dauer.  Im Sommer und Herbst ist es möglich, den Gemüsegarten hinter dem Haus zu nutzen, um saisonales Gemüse für den täglichen Gebrauch zu ernten.
