Two-room holiday apartment in half of a typical Bernese Oberland farmhouse facing out towards the valley. 50 sq. m of living space on 1 floor. Newly renovated in 2015 with contemporary furnishings. Entrance area with hallway and stairs up to the apartment, rear entrance at ground level. Separate, well-equipped kitchen with dining nook (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, raclette and cheese fondue dishes). Living room with comfortable sofa, radio/CD player, satellite TV. Bedroom with 2 beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm), 1 footrest sleeper module that can be converted to an additional bed, free baby cot for infants up to the age of 3 years. Shower/sink/toilet (hair dryer provided). The beds are made up on arrival, bathroom and kitchen linen are provided. WiFi. The design is rustic with a ceiling height of around 1.90 m (6' 3") and lower beams. Balcony and outdoor seating area with mountain view, one table and 2 chairs provided. Outdoor grill. Lockable room for sports equipment. Shared use of laundry room with washing machine/tumble dryer. Year-round access by car possible, paved access and parking directly in front of the house. Non-smoking house. The bottom station of the Schilthorn-Piz Gloria Cableway and the Stechelberg Schilthorn Cableway PostBus station can be reached on foot in 6 minutes. All taxes, fees and final cleaning are included in the rental price.
