On the upper floor of this classically elegant and carefully furnished duplex apartment is the living and dining room with bombastic lake view.  The kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, steamer, cooktop & oven adjoins and offers you everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Also on this floor is a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with bath/shower, toilet & bidet.

In the basement, a large bedroom with balcony and direct lake view opens up to you. Waking up early in the morning, when you open your eyes, Lago di Lugano reveals all its beauty. Also in the basement is another room with double bed and a bathroom with bathtub/shower, toilet & bidet. All rooms are equipped with spacious closets.

In this fantastic apartment - directly on the Lago di Lugano and only a few minutes walk from the most beautiful village in Switzerland - you will also enjoy further pleasures: - Free sun loungers with bath towel are reserved for you in the hotel garden with direct lake access and with pool. - Would you like to keep something safe? A safe is already there for you!

Lugano is only 10 minutes by car from Vico Morcote and promises a lot of variety and unforgettable impressions. This excursion can also be made by bus, which stops right in front of the hotel. Also for children there is a lot to discover: the Swiss Miniature in Melide or a visit to the zoo in Magliaso followed by a visit to the chocolate factory (Alprose). And of course this apartment is also ideal for hikers, as numerous hikes are possible directly from the apartment.
