The one-room apartment is located in a park-like plot above Vira with private swimming pool, rustico, spacious sunbathing area and panoramic views of Lake Maggiore and Locarno. The perfect place for rest and relaxation. The Gambarogno, with its old churches and narrow streets, has largely retained the character of the past. Covered balcony overlooking Lake Maggiore and Locarno.
The well furnished apartment is located in the  2nd floor without elevator in the Casa Fiona of the very well maintained Residenza Viramonte. The Residenza Viramonte consists of 6 houses on a well maintained hillside plot of approx. 16000 m2. The apartment itself covers 46 m2 and is completely furnished. The beds are dressed and the linen for bathroom and kitchen are avalaible.
Please bring your own bath towels for the pool and beach.

For longer stays, linen can be changed on request at a price of CHF 25 per set.

The additional costs as well as the booked additional services will be settled at check-in and on site!
The bill can be paid in cash or by credit or EC card. (No PostCard)
