Beautiful and cozy 1 1/2 room apartment for up to 4 people on the mezzanine floor with elevator in a holiday home with 18 apartments (Holiday Center Vulpera) in Vulpera. Delimited garden seating area with barbecue, deck chairs, etc. Living room, very well furnished with a pull-out couch and sofa bed, leather armchair, cable TV, DVD player, books and games. Very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, 4-plate stove, coffee machine with pads, fondue and raclette sets. Double bed including bed linen. Great bathroom with rain shower including towels. Vicinity: The apartment is in a quiet location, with sun from February to November. Outdoor pool 100m away. Thermal bath and sauna are possible in 2km distance. There is an indoor pool for swimming in Scuol (scuol-zernez.engadin.com/de/aktivitaeten-erlebnisse/hallenbad-quadras/. There is also a smaller fitness studio. Both were completely renovated in 2010 and are very nice. There are many opportunities for walking. The wellness and bathing area in Vulpera (Hotel Robinson) is currently not open. 2 season tickets are available for the outdoor pool in Vulpera and can be used free of charge. Mrs Barros will hand them to you if you wish. Bus stop is in front of the house. Ski bus goes to the mountain railway. Outside parking available. Parking space in the underground car park can be rented. Non smoking apartment. Pet are allowed. The apartment must be handed over in a swept clean condition. If there is additional work for the cleaning staff, this will be charged. From the start of the 2021 season, all buses are free with the guest card. In summer also the mountain railways.
