The pretty cottage is located in the idyllic and especially child-friendly Wirzweli in a very quiet location in the vicinity of the cable car / lifts (almost "ski in and out"), playground, toboggan run, boccia, pony rides, etc. The cosily furnished apartment is located on the ground floor with a simple standard. Living room with newer sofa bed, extendable dining table and open new kitchen. Bedroom with 2 beds and a large closet. Bathroom / WC with bathtub. Total living space approx. 32m2. Renovated in 2021/2023. Room height is not standard, for very tall people (about 185cm) are in some areas of the apartment certain restrictions. Cleaning lady / contact person on site, which can be contacted if necessary for special requests. There is plenty of space around the house to relax, grill or play for the children. Upper terrace by the house can also be used, provided that the upper apartment is not occupied by owner/landlord. Enough parking in front of the house available. Inquiries for seasonal or year-round rentals are checked individually.
