Additionally, the ground floor boasts a family bathroom complete with a shower over the bath.

Head up the traditional cottage staircase to find two bedrooms, one double and one single.

Mattishall village offers an array of local amenities, including shops, a quality butcher, superb fish and chip shop, a charming pub, and quaint cafes, all conveniently within walking distance of this superb cottage.

Located approximately 2 miles from the A47, the village provides easy access to Norwich and Dereham. Parking is available on street, on a first come, first served basis. We can accept one dog to accompany you during your stay, charged at an additional £20. This property is suitable for two adults, with one additional child welcome. Please note we cannot accept workers at this home.
