Finest Retreats are pleased to present The Laundry Cottage, part of a beautiful Cornish Manor House & Gardens, set in secluded grounds near some of the best surfing beaches on the north coast of Cornwall. Built in 1846, the estate is only 2 miles from the coastline and a short drive to the beautiful towns of St Ives and Padstow.

With one double bedroom and views across the main lawn, the Laundry Cottage is simply decorated with a sitting room and shaker-style kitchenette. As a former laundry this building was where the water was heated to wash the linen and has an enormous original Tudor inglenook fireplace fitted with a wood burning stove.

There is also central heating to keep you toasty, a washer/dryer, TV and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Three properties are available to book (The Manor House, The Laundry Cottage and The Apple Store), all three can be booked for one big group under Tresillian House, with additional use of the barn. The tennis court and gym are shared on site between guests at all three properties.

A highchair and travel cot are available upon request, and one well behaved dog is welcome during your stay.
